Ben Jacobs was really great handling a very difficult task of which I understand was unique for the shop. He understood how much my jeep meant to me; I like how he pulled in the right people to create a team to get the job done right. Arizona Collision is trusted by me and I will use them again for my jeeps structural needs. The young ladies (receptionist) Daisy and Tomi were equally professional and they should also be given kudos for acting so graciously when dealing with a client whose under much stress. I would have appreciated it if my 3rd row had been put back up and any items removed from under department (Kia first aid kit) returned to wherever removed from). When I left, I had to pull over because things I had stored behind third row were sliding all over.
