Thank you for your diligence in repairing my car. I had purchased that car 8 months ago and was worried that it would not run or look like it once had. The Arizona Collision Center has put my worries to a rest as my car looks amazing! I am very pleased with the staff's willingness to search for and apply all-factory parts. I have a noise coming from the front of van that was not there before. Seams are not straight in repair area. Your online system for keeping customers updated us defunct. Your front office needs to set realistic expectations and follow up with accurate info. Not that tough it's business 101. Set things up right from the start and you will have happier customers and your life will be less stressful.
