I liked the text updates, but they should not replace personal contact. Based on a text I would have to call to get more information about what was going on with my car. I appreciate that you washed my car, but if someone's car isn't going to be ready by a time you conveyed, and after horsing around w/ins company to get my car back after 2 weeks, wasn't too excited to wait another 45 minutes after showing up almost an hour after you told me my car would be ready.
