The whole team was absolutely fantastic! They gave me updates the entire process, and made sure to answer all of my questions. They were all super relaxed and down-to-earth people, and it definitely made me feel better about the whole process. I didn't want to talk corporate speak; I wanted it to feel like it was a real person that was taking care of my car, and that's exactly what I got. The team was friendly, demonstrated patience, and took time to educated and inform me on the benefit of researching the repair process. The down time without my vehicle was minimal. The repair looks great. I didn't need to ask for updates because they communicated with me as my vehicle moved through the repair process. Highly recommended!

My Google review: If I could give more stars I would. Talk about perfect,clear, easy communication. This place made my car repairs a breeze. I never once got a call about issues with the insurance or anything else the DID IT ALL. Also I was worried how to return my car rental but nope they got that covered too. Just picked up my car and left the metal there. I called Enterprise not even an hour later and they had already received my return. My car was returned very clean I'm think they gave it a little wash down for me which was very generous. Before I left they made sure to go over what they repaired and warranty. They made sure I was 100% satisfied which I am. THANK YOU ARIZONA COLLISION CENTER you guys are amazing
