Arone as always does an awesome job at repairing our car. They always let you know where they are in the process. Our car was returned to us feeling brand new again. Great company super helpful and friendly group of people. Would recommend them to anyone.

I've told everyone under the sun that we talk to not send their car there or it will take 6 weeks to get it fixed correctly and three attempts.

beyond frustrated and not happy with the process - I picked my car up after being told it was done and ended up leaving it there to be fixed correctly (fender was busted still and the bumper had blemishes) went to pick it up a second time and the headlight wasn't working and the bumper was not lining up at all due to the fender still being rolled in - ended up taking it home that day until they could get a headlight in and figure out the bumper - I ended up having to call the insurance company (which shouldn't have taken place!!) to get them to fight with Arone's to make things right. It took over two weeks to get a new bumper and headlight in to fix it corrected - It should have never taken three tries to make it correct! nor should I have been the person to have to speak with the insurance company to get them to fight to fix my car correctly.

the manager would text or make someone else call from in the office when it should have been him communicating - it also took me reaching out to the insurance company to know what was happening since arone's never reached out!

The repair to the damage that occurred while in Dealey’s lot was complete completed to satisfaction. But I’m missing an item front my vehicle and the side of the seat on the driver side is now broken.
