The work to the car is a 10. However I a vanity license plate of a POW-MIA on my car & it didn't get replaced. Nor was it put in my car / returned. Im a U.S Army veteran & this is one way I support my brothers and sisters of the U.S Armed Forces.

This shop is horrible. It's the second time I've had to bring my car here, and it will be the last. They are extremely rude, and if your a woman, they will try to get over on you. I was t-BONED and they weren't even gonna do an alignment!! And they are extremely rude.
