Was told it’d be ready Thursday, had to call Friday to find out it would be done Monday. Had to call Tuesday and was flippantly told it was done. Went for pickup and it felt like a scramble. Handed to keys and said it was early because it didn’t get the wash and to come back. Not really caring about the wash or even that it needed more time, but no updates? I had to do the chasing down.

This is the second time I’ve brought my car to colonial for a deer hit, every staff person I interacted with was kind and professional. They had my car done earlier than I expected and they did a great job. They worked with my insurance company and made everything easy for me.
