My vehicle was not ready to be picked up when I first arrived to pick it up. It was almost undrivable and was clear to me that no one drove the vehicle before calling me to say that it was ready. Turned out there was a broken transmission mount and the car had to stay another few days until the new part came in.

Thank you George and AT team for the excellent service. I appreciate the care you all provided, coordinating all activities with my insurer, rental car co., and the literal moving parts coordination. My vehicle looks great, and better than I could have anticipated considering the extensive disassembly/ reassembly and finishing work. I’m very pleased to have chosen AT Collision for repairs. I always had great service with my prior Subarus at AT, and honestly thought I would be shopping for a new vehicle.

Appreciate the flexibility for all the late after 5 visits due to my work schedule. Your team was very responsive and availed to using multiple methods for communication. I frequently had messages waiting for me when getting out of vaccine gown-in space since no access area. Apologies the many times it was after hours responding to messages, and also unfortunate during each visit to AT you accommodated by arranging with other teams(who were frazzled at times bc it was me who was getting back to you late). I can tell all your teams are used to being on top I’ve everything and although a couple times Chevy service was stuck with my after hours visit, they managed through as I made clear it was my doing not the Collision team, due to my unpredictable schedule with work. All teams were great.

The work that was completed was good. I had additionally requested and had been estimated for other dents to be removed that were not. I was also told my vehicle would be ready for me by Monday, I had returned my rental vehicle and then did not receive my vehicle until Wednesday
