Overall quality of work was good and the responsiveness of Jim and the people at the shop was good but I made my appointment before Christmas for work to be done January 10. I was told 4-5 days. I called on the 13th after dropping my car on the 10th and they didnt have the parts yet?? I would think with that much lead time you would be ready to repair the car in the committed time
