I highly recommend Phoenix Collision! They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle, including replacing the bumper, taillight, and trunk. Everything came out looking great, and their prices were very reasonable. Stan, the manager, was amazing throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and was always friendly and extremely patient. I really appreciated the way I was treated and the quality of the work. If you’re looking for a collision repair shop that does excellent work, charges reasonable prices, and truly cares about its customers, I definitely recommend Phoenix Collision. Phoenix Collision replaced the damaged rear passenger door on my 2019 Camry and did an exact color match with the original paint. I had three estimates beforehand and Phoenix was the best although one other was close, so I checked the reviews and Phoenix stood out. I had to change my need date several times and Stan was very accommodating. The work was finished in three days and they even touched up some wear spots at no cost. Hopefully I won’t need repair work in the future but if I do, Phoenix will get it.

The Phoenix owner and his team were a joy to work with. They treated me with respect, answered all of my questions, provided me with options in choosing the cost strategy for repairing my truck, and the repairs were made quickly. My truck looks great and I’d recommend my friends to use Phoenix if they ever need bodywork done on their vehicles. Thanks Stan. Another level of listening and customer service for sure. Like anything else you have to communicate and let them know what your expectations are and end results. People can’t read your mind. They asked all the right questions to find out exactly what we needed. The end results were nothing short of amazing. Our 350Z would have never been this amazing without choosing this shop!!
