This is my third trip to Kenny Hawkins. All my other experiences and this one were great from a customer service perspective. This time the repair was about 7/8 out of 10. On the right rear quarter panel, the repaired damage is not symmetrical (repaired side has more curving than the undamaged left side) with the left (undamaged). I expected better symmetry and a better match to the undamaged side. It’s good enough for a teenagers car, but I was slightly disappointed with the result.

Corey and Greg were responsive and great to talk with. Knowledgeable and quick to respond.

I brought my 2004 Acura TL in to Kenny Hawkins for bumper repair. I was greeted promptly by Chris and a detailed estimate was provided via email within hours. I found the estimate to a fair representation for the work to be done and scheduled the work to be done. The work done was excellent and a perfect match. Looks like there was no damage. Extremely satisfied with my decision to trust Kenny Hawkins with my vehicle.
