Now, when I turn my car on, it makes a noise before when I turned it on you didn’t hear anything, and when I went to get it out the shop, I told him about the border around the bottom of the driver side of the door. It wasn’t even and they claim they only fixed the front part, but it had to push it back through the accident, so no I was not satisfied Fair

The finished product was 10/10. However the only complaint is the time period which took over 2 months and the lack of communication. There was times I had to call just to get an update because I didn't hear anything. I would get an update from the person I spoke with on the phone then later that day I will get a text update that was way different than what I was told. One time I was told my car got painted then 2 weeks later it was waiting to be painted.

Upon receiving my car back I’m noticing things wrong that were not an issue when I dropped the car. There is a rattling noise under the steering wheel as if something is loose. It’s noticed when accelerating. As the brakes release when reversing there is a creaking scrubbing sound. The brakes are not as sensitive as they use to be. Example I could press the brakes softer before and the brakes will respond quicker. Vs now I have to put more pressure on the brakes to stop. Also when driving at a steady speed I notice the car jerking. (The best way I can describe what im Feeling when driving.)
