aesthetically repairs are great, however, i now have an absolutely nerve wracking wind/whistling noise when i drive that i definitely did not have before. toyota coll insists it is not from the work they did. so now i have to deal with a new aggravating cabin noise. it was not repaired to its original state how i’d like it to have been, but at least the visible damage is gone.

ashley did hear me out and conduct a leak test, but i would have liked to have a more thorough investigation of what is actually causing the noise in my car. if it isn’t the windshield, then i would have liked them to use process of elimination to satisfy my concern.

I took my car in for repairs, and the repair process lasted 21 days. When the vehicle was returned to me, it had a strong unpleasant odor. Until now, I have not been able to remove the smell. It seems like something was wet and did not have enough time to dry properly.

Works still has to be done. The tire sensor is nonfunctional. I have under pin rattling going on after the repair.

At highway speed, there is a noticeable wind noise (though not a major one) from the repaired door that wasn't there before the car went into the shop. Otherwise the quality of the repair seems excellent.
