It seems like they took on my vehicle with out really being able to effectively return it back to me in a timely manner. I waited over a month to get into my appointment all for my car to sit at the shop and not be looked at for almost 2 weeks. When they did finally start working on it I was told all the parts were ordered and there and then the next person would tell me they were waiting on parts. I would call about once a week for an update and half the time they told me they would call me back and never did. So I never knew exactly what the hold up was. Overall it took over a month and a half till I finally got my car back.

I would’ve rated it a 10 however on pick up it rated a six. The reason is because I called ahead to say someone else is picking up the car. They Or given a very hard time. I had alerted the office previously gave their name and still they had to call me to prove that they were picking up my car. The person in the office got the name wrong three times! It was a fiasco.

My driver side door that they repaired when I close it it doesn’t close I have to slam it shut and when I told the guy before I left that day that was working said it’s gonna be that way but if it bothers me to come back and he will take care of it. Call me later I still have to slam my door shut it’s not closing good like it used to.Also my driver side blinker wasn’t screwed in all the way when they fix it, my boyfriend was able to tighten that at least.
