I believe Atlantic Auto Body is not part of a chain (I could be mistaken) and I usually prefer local, however my experience with Caliber Collision (there are several) was 1000% better, I would recommend Caliber Collision in a heartbeat. I would never recommend Atlantic Auto Body

Surprised when told that the scratches on the lift gate were not your problem. I was told "We were only responsible for the driver's door. It's you have to deal with your insurance company not us." FYI Jen had taken pictures of the minor scratches on the left gate.
