Zero communication on status of vehicle, I had to initiate every time. They seemed annoyed I was asking about my vehicle when I was just trying to figure out my car rental extensions because the vehicle wasn’t completed on time. Would tell me to call on certain days and be confused why I was calling when I did. Dealt with Tommy most of the time.

I would never bring my car anywhere but here. And I will recommend Atlas to everyone I know. Having a car accident is terrible experience but going to Atlas actually turns it into something pleasant everyone there goes above and beyond what their job description is they treat everyone like family, especially Fred.!! When I look back on my car accident, I won’t think about the accident. I’ll think about how I was treated at Atlas on a scale of one to 10 I would give them at least a 25.!!

Excellent body work. Work was completed during quoted time frame. The car was completely detailed. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but if I do I would definitely go back.
