I am very satisfied with the repairs which were done to my Toyota highlander vehicle. The repair services are very satisfactory and professional. The personnel are very professional and helpful. I received regular daily updates from Ms Linda on the expected date that repairs to my vehicle will be completed. I received a message from Ms Linda on the date that my vehicle was ready (i.e. the expected date of completion). The 1st Class body repair facility is very professional. Personnel -- (Ms Linda (office personnel) , Kevin (shop appraiser) , Angel (manager) were very helpful and answered my questions. I strongly recommend 1st Class auto Body facility for repairs which are to be made on your vehicle. Personnel and the facility are very professional.

The first thing I noticed when I pulled up was how clean and organized the shop was inside and out. The whole staff was professional and friendly you can tell the staff love what they do I received my truck back sooner than I expected my truck look like a brand new suv off the show room floor! The name 1st Class Auto Body definitely lives up to there name 10 stars I highly recommend

Upon arrival when picking up my vehicle everything was well put together, my file with all of my documentation, my rental car was outside waiting on me , Hilda was very pleasant and accommodating, they were all great and took great care of me and my vehicle. There should be an option to pay by debit card, check, or another form of payment other than credit card so that the customer doesn't have to incur a credit card transaction fee on thousands of dollars worth of repairs. The only way I was told that I could avoid this charge would be to pay in cash which seems crazy. Other than that, the work was excellent, the car was delivered on time, and I received prompt updates regarding the status of the vehicle.
