I was told that my right side running board was being replaced. I did not think that it had been damaged and as far as I can tell the orighinal runing board is still in place

Is not complete and its not right found loose part of bottom of the car fro repair

I took my car with a minor cosmetic damaged on June 3rd 2024 I was told process should be 2 weeks after calling every week as told after the 3rd week I finally got my car back on July 8th incomplete with a broken piece not from accident and they let my wife take without telling her of grill piece damage when she went back to tell them they said oh sorry we thought you knew about it. Parts that were supposed to be replaced weren’t I am getting in touch with insurance company to see what they can do about it. I really tried to work with this shop and even kept my cool but it has been the worst experience and service. They keep saying about back order parts but I did a search and most of the parts are not hard to get
