I notice that the bumper was not installed properly and piece was not replace the paint color does not match with the body color,,this is what I observed

The experience was ok. When I went to pick up my car, there was no conversation about what was done to it. It was basically “your deductible is… and your car is outside. Once I went outside I realize that my rear right tire was almost completely flat, I had asked if somebody could fill it up. Once it was filled I was told I was all set to go. I was a bit confused, I wasn’t sure if somebody was going to come and give me a summary of what had been done, but nothing. Now I have a hole in the tire which was done at the shop. And my passenger seat has a little tear where the seatbelt had to be fixed.
