Do not contact me, I feel I have made myself very clear. I am leaving this comment to hopefully help others. Atomize told me that they would not charge me storage fees until my car was able to be seen. I recall this conversation because it was the only way I agreed to have my car seen there. In our first conversation Atomize told me up front that my car would be sitting for about 3 weeks before it could be looked at and there is no way they could charge me a fee when it wasn’t my fault they were that busy and my car was undriveable. When it came time to pay to move my car it was discovered they did not honor their original statement, told me they would never make that statement about storage fees because that wasn’t their policy. Why would anyone leave their car at a body shop over 30 days without any work being done on it? The whole situation went from bad to worse because we’ve had to deal with this and now we are out money for NOTHING. I hope others think long and hard before coming to your shop. You have taken money from me and my family for no reason, this is no way to do business.

Bodywork was great and looked fantastic. But after driving 480 miles back home I had to put back in body shop to fix the paint chip on hood and the inner fender was not fasten down. It was scrubbing into the tire when turning. And the hood had to be repainted. Very nice people and great work but checking over others could help them. After dealership put in new strut they never checked behind them. Inner fender was barely fastened into place.
