Work on car on outside looks good. Concern that had small cut in back seat. Back seat (new) was dirty and appeared to have some sort of foot prints.

Friendly and responsive. Responded to all my calls. Car had extensive damage and took 2 1/2 months or so to complete repair. Work looked good as did paint job on trunk and bumper.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I was planning on calling you anyway. After my wife and I picked up our van we came home and were looking at the work completed. There is a dent underneath the back window and multiple scratches on the top part of the back window, looks like it may have been laid on floor.
