My service was excellent! I was kept in the loop about the progress of my repairs on a regular basis and I felt like the technician, Vance, was very honest about everything. He was my main contact through the entire process which made everything feel better and allowed me to trust the process. He also explained the insurance side of it and broke it down in lay terms so I could understand. He was willing to answer all my questions and was very very patient with me. Unfortunately I felt the front desk clerk, I think her name is Sheila, could have been more polite and inviting. It made me not want to call to check in... Vance's kindness and knowlegabilty was the number 1 reason I'm now a loyal customer and sing your company's praises. I definitely look forward to seeing you guys again for some other small repairs! I drove almost 2 hours for service work and I would do it again! I have already made a recommendation to your business and I will continue to. My car looks more than amazing! I'm so very happy with the results and the peace of mind Vance gave me when I was so nervous about the insurance payout. Thank you Vance!
