The worker Cory was caring and compassionate toward me and explained things to me from the rental car to the details of my vehicle he encourage me to want to come back for other repairs we discussed. Estimated repair time six days, first phone call parts came in damaged. Second phone call wrong parts. Third phone call wrong parts. The vehicle spent twenty nine days at the premises. Vehicle going back in, lift gate does not open.

The work took much longer than anticipated. I understand logistics of having 3rd parties visit to perform particular pieces of the repair, but I'm the one who had to follow-up on progress. Additionally, the repair needs to be revisited. The glass is not sealed properly, creating a whistle while driving. Now, I need to come back to the shop.
