The scheduling is a little rigid about needing an appointment just do drop off or pickup. Not everybody is retired like we are.

We were told the vehicle would get a full detail clean before we got it back, but it was not done. The smell in the car left by the car thieves is very strong and with children it's not great putting them in there. Not sure why the inside cleaning didn't happen.

I liked working with Corey- Very personable and handled my pushback professionally. He’s an asset to the body shop. The process was very inefficient. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance. And, then it took several days after when I dropped my Jeep off to review my case to assess if there was any hidden damage. I didn’t get my Jeep back for a week and all that needed to be replaced was the bumper. I know from experience that job takes < 2 hours. I would have preferred for a quicker turn-a-round.

Only thing that was of concern was I brought my vehicle in at 25,200 miles and when I picked it up it had 25,700 how did it go 500 miles if it never left the parking lot
