Customer service was ok but when I picked up my truck no one went over what was done to my vehicle I heard them say everyone gets a walkthrough of what was done. I was given my papers and keys and that was it. I do like the repairs that were done that I could see.

I have a part hanging off of my car and my dashboard is flickering really bad and my collision alarm keeps flashing whenever I’m driving since collision on 7/23/2024 and Corey says that has nothing to do with being rear ended and that’s never happened before the collision

They kept me informed, but at the end, I’m dissatisfied because my car isn’t fixed and Corey told me I have to have my car on a diagnostics test at my own expense, BUT I WAS IN A REAR END COLLISION.

I was very pleased with the my car’s body work. The job was done in a timely manner and looked great. Everyone was very helpful with explaining the process and the time that it would take. They handled my insurance without any problems. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I asked them to run my debit card so I would not have to pay 3% for a credit card transaction. My receipt from Auffenberg says $1000 but the charge on my account is $1030. I am very disappointed with the office staff at Auffenberg.

Most of the car looks amazing and you can definitely tell the difference. In the hood there is one spot that is still chipped.

Hours outside of the normal working day are needed. We had to take time off work to pick up the vehicle, even though there were people at the dealership on a Saturday.
