You can receive a text or email with photos of your vehicle letting you know where the vehicle is in the repair process.We are an I-Car Gold Class repair facility and only use state of the art equipment such as laser frame measurement to ensure your vehicle is back to pre-collision condition and we give a lifetime warranty on all repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. Our staff is I-Car Platinum Class in many areas of repair including Hybrid vehicles and suspension repair and welding. We use the Pro Spot welding equipment that is backed by all auto manufactures "Taking care of cars and the people who drive them".

The staff was very courteous. They checked in with me before making any decisions. When I would call to check the status of my car or needing to pay deductible, they answered all my questions. I didn’t get the feeling as if I were bugging them. If I need any other body repairs, I won’t hesitate to call Aurora Collision.
