Again the step bumper hangs out over the actual bumper. Either the number itself is wrong or the plastic step “trim” is incorrect. I took the truck and was told they would look into it. Haven’t heard anything since

It was a 10, till I was told my vehicle was ready. Also brought it the attention of a gentleman who said he would look into it. I don’t know maybe he still is but haven’t heard anything since I left.

Repair itself was good. Can't tell my vehicle was ever hit and did a good job repairing the damage. There was a lot of other damage that I noticed on my vehicle after picking it up though. The plastic cladding was all scratched up. The interior center console was all scratched up. And the headliner had a bunch of fingerprints and creases on it. This is not acceptable.
