Awesome experience with Kyle and Shane. Communication was great and they made the whole process and painless as possible. Our brand new Subaru took a good hit from behind and Whitaker did a spectacular job on the repair. 100% recommended.

Unfortunately my car was totaled out by the insurance company but this is the second time bringing my car to Whitakers and I love the time and care you take. Another time I took it where the insurance preferred and they rushed it and I saw a few things that seemed off and didn't receive the customer service I expected. Whitakers seems to really care about their work and customer service and that's says a lot about a company. They even answered questions i had about next steps since I never have been in this scenario and they took their time to explain it and how to get the most that works out for me in my favor. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I am rating a 10 Satisfactory although my car was deemed totaled. Whitaker being a long standing family business, I knew you would take care of my car and me. You all helped answered questions that pertained to insurance knowledge helping me be prepared for what to expect from my insurance and next steps. Thank you! I even got a chance to chat with Mr. Whitaker and learn about the family business and how his daughter is an artist. Seeing a gentleman from the lamar location at this one, let's me know this family business cares about their employees with probably low turnover, as the last time I saw him was a few years prior.
