The communication and respect for their customers is top-notch! They were great to work with and listened to my concerns, as well as completed the work on time. There were a couple areas that could've been slightly better but I picked up the vehicle at closing time on a Friday - which in retrospect wasn't great thinking as I didn't want to pressure anyone to stay longer to address scuffs that hadn't been buffed out, rear taillights that didn't get plugged back in, and the roof rail seal has some gaps after reinstallation that I'm concerned may leak. However, they were happy to correct the scuffs and tail light (I first noticed the roof rail seal a week later). I believe they do care about their customers and the work they do and I would bring them my business again as well as refer others.
