No one is perfect but their the closest to it out of all the body shops I’ve ever used. If you want customer service and a shop that has the mentality of their not satisfied until you are then book your appointment. These guys are like no other, trust me. Austin Body Works has made this whole process super quick and painless. Stan’s the man and the way he greeted me on the phone when I called about an estimate truly solidified my choice to use this shop. My new bumper looks amazing and my dashboard even appears to have been cleaned! I was surprised to see my floor mats were super dusty with footprints, and sad that the design on my back windshield bumper sticker had mysteriously faded to white... but overall pleased with my experience at ABW. I don’t wish to need a body shop ever again but you have my business if I do! Thanks again!
