Everyone I talked with was extremely helpful and efficient, from Stan and Taylor to the very nice young man who helped me figure out where to park when I brought the car in. The repair made my car look brand new, as did the wash and clean of the car (which I did not expect). The replacement and repair of various parts looks and functions perfectly. The paint job was perfect as well, including all the blending that had to happen. I am so impressed with every facet of my experience. Thank you, everyone!

Could not imagine it being any better. The painting and paint blending were perfect. It was also obvious my car had had a thorough cleaning and wash which was totally unexpected.

I appreciated that it was easy to talk with a person when I called, and that everyone was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I also appreciated the recommendation to use Enterprise for the car rental. That too was an excellent experience, including the coordination between Austin Body Works and Enterprise.

The lead time was really long, but since the vehicle was drivable, it was not a big deal. The shop was super friendly, and the repair was completed earlier than estimated. The quality looks good. I’d definitely recommend Austin Body Works for repairs.
