It was a great experience overall. The repairs and paint on my vehicle was excellent quality. I loved all the plants in the office, which helped calm my nerves. Emily was so helpful, very friendly and courteous in person and on the phone. She immediately responded if I had any questions and helped get the ball rolling with insurance issues, which helped resolve my financial worries. Irma was also very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail when I had questions. She went out of her way to contact me personally just to be more helpful. I highly recommend Auto Art!
