I was greeted by Emily n she made me feel comfortable, got my parts fir my Rav4 Toyota, n made an appointment to repair the trunk n. Bumper of what happened in the accident. Emily kept up on the progress of the shops Working on the suv. Also had the car rental to pick me up to go get a rental at Enterprise. Emily on Friday called n said car was finished. The body looks good n was also so nice n clean. A great job on the t rank all the lettering & saved all my decals. I'd recommend The Art to anyone needing good body n paint work on your car pickup On Friday of about 3 1/2 days the job was completed.

It was very frustrating having to explain myself several times and almost felt like I was arguing with Emily about my vehicle. I had already spoke with other shops that confirmed rear ends at any speed can cause issues with alignment. Within 3 weeks of getting my vehicle back from you guys my front tires were completely bald while my rear tires still looked new. What an inconvenience to leave my vehicle for 3 weeks yet I still have to go and worry about getting the alignment done and well now a new set of tires put on too.
