They painted my dad’s truck cab did a good job but they forgot the hood so it went back for rework. I thought it was an honest mistake. Took my car there after hitting a deer and had rework as well. Firm believer in doing things right the first time and it seems like our family is 2/2 in the rework with them.

I tried to explain how the damage occurred and it was not just the rear of the car but also on the sides. Also the car was not even washed at pick up. The vehicle is still not ready for pick up.

I believe the person I tried to explain the damage agreed but did nothing. To the shop it’s just another car , to me at 84 years old it is my last car. I bought the car new in 2019 and kept it like new it has only 36,000 miles on it. The way it is now I am not proud of the way it looks.

I needed a new bumper and rear panel with a repair to my lift gate due to a rear end collision. The work was beautifully done and the car very nicely cleaned. Worked perfectly with State Farm Ins. Needed a couple of extra days for paint to properly dry, during bad weather, but definitely worth it! I highly recommend Auto Body Brothers!
