Repairs were very well done beyond my expectations. The time it took for the repair was a bit long but understandable considering delayed delivery of parts is beyond your control.

Auto Body by Duie was simply amazing. I dropped off my car on Monday morning, explained the damage that occurred due to strong winds. I thought it would take a few days or maybe over a week to fix the damage. My car was ready the very next day. I was so impressed and so satisfied with the work. I was also impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Auto Body by Duie to anyone. Thank you for the excellent work

At first I was very satisfied but however I saw that the liner wasn’t replaced which was damaged during the accident. When I called they said they did replaced it with the new bumper but I told them that it wasn’t because I can see the wear from the tire when the liner was hanging. He puts me on hold, he gets back on the line and says that they forgot to install the new one. I went back to have liner installed, when I got home I looked at the liner I saw a bracket hanging off and the liner was warped at the bottom. The work made me very leary so I started to look closer at the bumper where the damage happened. I could see where the paint was chipped off. Once again I went back and I told them the one bracket is off and that it is warped at the bottom. He said it’s due to factory so I then asked you said I got a new bumper but I can see where the paint was chipped off. He said it’s probably a coincidence. I don’t know the whole experience was not as I would’ve expected. Yes my car is older but I try to maintain my car in tip top shape. I now have a liner with a gap at the bottom.

They told me my truck would be ready on Friday. They said it was going in the paint shop by Friday I could pick it up. I called them and told them I’ll pick it up Saturday. Then they told me it still wasn’t ready that I can come in Monday. Then I called. They said it’s just now going in the paint shop on Monday so they lied to me. Then I finally picked it up Tuesday and they forgot to paint the bumper. I had to go to North Carolina. I just now brought it in today, December 1 to have the bumper painted they said the other day that would be ready by noon. Now they told me by days end. This is an inconvenience for me. I have no rental. Then they forgot to put hardware back on my gate and they still got to do that. I’m not very happy.

I have had several vehicles repaired by Auto Body by Duie and I could not be happier with each repair. Anthony and his family are very courteous, keep you informed as the repair progresses.
