I brought the van in to have them look at the door. The estimator suggested he align the door a little bit before spending a few hundred dollars on new hinges. The door worked, but as he predicted there was wind noise, so I had him fix that. Thousands less than other shops and the door works perfectly. Except for the challenge of the tiny parking lot for huge sprinter van, this place is perfect. The estimator/repair person was amazing.

They were so open and informative about what my options were, and what the entire process was in the estimate part of my meeting them. They were by far the most efficient and helpful with all my questions! I was extremely comfortable and appreciative that Devant walked thru the entire effort in the beginning, no surprises. He told me what is generally standard for the process and time it would take! They actually completed the entire effort in less than 2weeks and they did a couple items that weren’t part of the estimate to blend everything together and make my car look incredible! I had an airbag light come on, so I took it back and they jumped right on it and corrected it immediately! And we’re incredibly gracious and focused! This completely restores my faith in quality and customer service and someone who cares about what they are doing! And they were by far the best estimate I received! I strongly recommend you contact them for all your automobile repair needs! Thanks again! 👍🏼

I felt that the repair was much more costly than it should have been for the amount of damage. It only cost me $200 out of pocket but I feel that the insurance company should not have to pay that much. We received an estimate from a competitor for under $3000 and Auto Body Central has collected nearly $10,000 from the insurance company.
