We had a great experience with Auto Body Concepts in the repairs to my Subaru. It was nice that they had the ability to communicate directly with the insurance company with all the details so that I didn't have to since most of the repair language isn't easily understood. They did a great job in keeping us up to date with text messages or emails regarding the status of our vehicle. It was easy to determine when the vehicle would be ready. Will definitely use them again.
