The DeBoer family built Lithia auto body from the ground up in 1946, and now, Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a part of Lithia Motors, Inc. Today, Lithia is comprised of 28 auto body shops/collision repair shops and 130 auto dealerships across the United States. Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a family oriented, local business that strives to treat all of our customers with the utmost care and respect. My experience was wonderful. From scheduling my first appointment, to having my repair estimate done, to dropping my car off, the text updates twice a week (plus additional phone calls when needed), to pick up….it all was great. Angela was always so pleasant and lovely to work with. I would definitely bring any of my vehicles back and recommend your team. What is usually a painful situation to deal with ended up being very streamlined and easy which was much appreciated.

They did an incredible job. It’s just that they took a little bit longer than I’d like and they had to redo the hood, which I understood was probably just overlooked.
