Auto Body Concepts did an outstanding service from beginning to end of our wreck on I-35. They were full service from the tow truck, to the body shop, and the even car rental. Richard stayed in contact with us for the almost three weeks letting us know step by step of their progress. Being hours away in Oklahoma it was reassuring that our truck was in excellent hands. Our Toyota Tundra looked outstanding and handled well. Five Stars!!!!!

New bumper has a crack in it, paint on affected quarter panel has multiple dots all the way down to where you can see the primer. Passenger step still shows damage from the wreck along with a spot on the passenger door. I was told the passenger door would be fixed as it’s also included in the estimate, it was not fixed. Overall definitely better then before and i understand the truck is by no means a show truck, but im mostly disappointed with the crack in the bumper and the passenger door.

Great work. This place is a great example of what customer service should look like. You worked with me so that I could make repairs needed to take my car on vacation. After vacation, I came back for the cosmetic part of it. Yoir communication is exceptional. The interior of my car was immaculate. This is after vacation with teenagers. They cleaned the inside of the windshield!!! God bless whoever does that. It made my day. And vacuumed the grooves where the seats move forward and back. It really shows how you care when that kind of extra effort is taken!!
