Caliber Collision was amazing. I took my van to Aubrey. They were not able to get it back as fast as they thought they could have so they sent it to Gainesville Caliber Collision. Gainesville did a great job and were quick, I was able to get my van back in a week and the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Caliber did an excellent job, kept clear communication with me throughout the whole process and returned my car in excellent condition. It truly looks renewed and even better than before which is quite a feat, so all commendations to my Corinth and garland repair team and service technicians, and everyone involved in the process. Bumper was not flush , large enough gap to see the headlight, scrapes from trim panel removal tool along rocker panel , rocker panel was bowed out due to damaged mounting clip from removal , missing trim panel clips . Estimated time of completion was 1 to 1 1/2 weeks, car was kept for 2 weeks and handed back in this poor condition, now Im dealing with another week without my vehicle. Will not be using your Gainesville location again. Corinth location stepped up and got me a rental but refused to put any coverage on it which would have cost me over $150 if I didn’t have a credit card that covered that. All in all a very frustrating experience when I take pride in the condition of my vehicle.

The teams at Flower Mound, TX (Ronda, Erick, and Gary) and Gainesville (Connor and Cope) were kind and excellent communicators.They kept me fully informed of thr progress and costs of my repair. If I need collision repair again (although I hope I don't), I will not hesitate to return.

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my car repairs. A special shout out the Cope, the GM at Caliber Collision in Gainesville. The service was excellent! I was kept up to date with the process of when my car would be ready. Honestly, the best customer service I received in a while. On Cope day off and the shop closed, met me at the shop to make sure I had my vehicle for the busy 4th of July Weekend. I don’t have any complaints and thank you for the amazing attention to detail on my bumper and service.

The repair that was covered by insurance was well done, however I wish they would have spoken with me about painting the mirror, as I would have paid out of pocket for that little bit extra to have it done.
