Hello, We still have not heard back from you regarding our tires. When we picked up the vehicle on Monday, we requested that our original tires be returned since we paid the betterment charges for them. You advised us that your employee would pick them up from the tire shop yesterday, but we have not received any update. As previously mentioned, I never received the estimate I requested before the tires were replaced, and the replacement tires were installed without my approval. While we paid the betterment amount and accepted the new tires, we did not authorize the disposal of our original tires. Since we paid the betterment, we expect those tires to be returned to us. Please let us know today whether the tires have been retrieved and when we can pick them up. If they have already been disposed of, please provide documentation explaining when, by whom, and why this occurred despite our request to retain them. We look forward to your prompt response.

They fixed the damages to my car and made it look like new. It didnt take long to fix it and they were very informative and courteous. We did notice the rear wiper was incorrectly installed, and we called and have an appointment to get that fixed soon.
