I believe the repair was done properly. I have not closely inspect the repair since I had to leave the country the same day the vehicle was picked up.

Customer service is frustrating and close to none existent. The lady answering the phone seem to be agitated on the fact that I keep asking for update. When each time I called, I am being told that an adviser would call me back. When I initially dropped off the vehicle, i was told that it would take a week or two for the repair. So i scheduled a rental car for 2 weeks. On 3rd week I called 3 times asking for update. Each time, the lady told me that an adviser will call back, but no one did. it took a month and a week for the repair. Each week after the time i was told the repair would take, i would call atleast 2 times to get an update and each time i was told someone will get back to me but no one ever does. on June 9th i received an email stating that the vehicle will be done so i called asking for time to pick up. I was told again that someone will get back to me. It took another week or so of calling before someone got back to me and told me that they had issues. Updating customer with issues and delays, would be greatly appreciated especially if a rental car is involve in the process to anticipate scheduling of rental car return and pay invoices.

It can’t be said a wonderful experience because the insurance company was wasted lot of time. However, everyone I’ve meet in Autobody Murrieta were kind, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. Especially Morrisa, Mike, and Ryan. Thank for your help!
