I was satisfied with the process until checkout. I felt they just gave me the bill and sent me on my way without explaining what they did. My car was also no ready when I arrived after I was told to come get it.

Although ABSC never divulged to me exactly how the electrical system was ruined while in their hands, I have reason to believe that ineptness on the part of a repairperson ruined the electrical system.

While body repair from impact with a deer was being done, my Prius's entire electrical system was damaged to the point that Prius experts could not repair it while having it for almost two weeks. This led me to lose confidence that my vehicle would ever be returned to me in the trouble-free condition it had been in, so I felt compelled to purchase a replacement vehicle. This was financially very hard on me. I would characterize my experience as having been disasterous.

My vehicle ended up being problematic to fix. Normally this would have cost several hundred more dollars to fix, but Jeff stuck to the original estimate he quoted me. As a result he raised my impression of and loyalty to his business even higher and I will gladly recommend this business to friends and family!!

Only reason this in't a 10 is there are a few small places where you can see white over spray on black rubber windshield trim. But I'm still very happy with the repairs!

there is a dent/divit? in the left front fender that was not there before the accident and I feel it should have been smoothed out. Also the fender still doesn't fit against the hood like on the right sede
