I would recommend for body work only, but if they are needing more In depth work, or perhaps work that needs more attention to details in the work order/labor, I'd probably recommend to a more rounded shop. Or perhaps use EAB for the body work and somewhere else for all other electronics or maintenance.

They did great work on the two body panels that they did, however they missed all other repairs that were supposed to be made and documented with the insurance paying for the repair, my insurance, and lawyer. So I'll most likely need to get into a secondary shop if insurance may not reimburse me to personally do the repairs myself as they originally told me. They missed fixing the mirror, and wheel sensors that was needing done. They also claimed to have fixed the codes, however they only cleared them to give the illusion that they were fixed to an individual who may not know anything about a vehicle would take it as is. So all in all, great body panel work, but poor attention to detail, work details, and instruction to all other manner of vehicle repair. Lost points to the attempted cover up. I already knew about the other codes, I cannot do body work I'll be honest on that portion of auto repair, however I do engine maintenance and vehicle electronics work, I attempted to explain the wheel sensors but I don't believe they were knowledgeable in jeeps or perhaps electronics due to in being body shop oriented.

In terms of interactions with shop personnel, they were fantastic, great communication via texting about vehicle updates as well. Interactions with the people we're great, the two body panels were done well. But as previously mentioned is what brings my score down as all the pleasantries do not make up for a only partially repaired vehicle sadly. But as I said, still a great job on what was done.
