From the first conversation with Tanner to getting my paperwork at the end everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain the process and the auto body team did an amazing job on my Maverick! I cannot tell where the large and deep scrape on the side of my passenger door was! Another plus was that my truck was done only in a few days. I am very grateful that the Auto Body Team was able to get me in prior to my move to Savannah! I will be highly recommending your shop to anyone needing auto body repairs and work done!!!

The repair itself was a 10. The lack of attention to detail was a 5. When I picked up my 2026 Chevy Trailblazer the seat belt was broken, there were dirty finer prints all over the head liner and dirty/greasy footprints in the cargo area. The issues were resolved after two trips to the shop to bring it to their attention. I feel my brand new car should never have been handled in that manner.

My only concern with the processes there--I dropped my vehicle off in April with an estimated fix date of May 22. About a week after dropping off the car, we saw our Rav4 in the Scooters drive thru on 30th. Yes, our Rav4 with an identifiable missing piece of aftermarket trim being driven for a non-necessary purpose completely unrelated to its repair. Why would a customer vehicle be driven for personal use? I wish I had taken pictures.
