I found a spot on the plastic molding on the right rear behind the wheel well that wasn’t flush up against the body, showing a gap which I’m afraid gravel/dirt/moisture is going to get down in there and create a rust area. I can send pictures to help describe it a bit better. The other complaint I would have is I was told it would get in right away. I brought it down and the truck was looked over promptly but it took over a week to actually have any work begin. Maybe that’s the way it’s always handled but my assumption was once you received it, work would begin per the phone conversation I had previously. I could just be unfamiliar with the process, so maybe we just need a little better communication there. I was hoping for a quicker turnaround time but understand things come up. otherwise so far I’m happy with what I’ve seen.

Came back better than expected, in a very timely manner. We made the switch after nobody else in town could get my wifes' vehicle worked on sooner than a few months out. These guys had it in, repaired, and show-room ready in only about a week and a half. Definitely will be coming back for more work to be done in the future, thanks!

Awesome to work with! They keep you updated the whole time. Id recommend them to people but my dog lights don't work since the put my grill guard on. Havnt really looked into it yet. It could be just a fuse. And also missing the plastic cover on a light at the bottom of my driver door. That's the only reason I'm giving a 8 otherwise it would definitely be a 10. I'd still take my stuff there if I needed to.
