We had our Palisade repaired at Auto Center after a hit and run and the quality for work was top notch. The customer service was excellent as well. The shop kept us aware of the timeline to get our car fixed and helped us with the rental. They also managed everything with State Farm. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car fixed.

After the Auto Center of Des Plaines repaired my car, it looked great! All the dents and scratches were gone and the paint matches exactly. They also washed my car and cleaned and shined the tires and wheel covers. They even cleaned my floor mats which shows they go above and beyond what is expected.

They contacted me in a timely manner and explained everything to me that had to replaced or repaired on my car. They also explained that I would be able to get a rental car while my car was being repaired and how the process of renting the car worked.
