This Auto Collision Center is one of my favorites. Very professional and very friendly. Jeffrey helped me with all the paperwork to repair my back door passenger from my Toyota RAV4. My SUV was repaired in a few days. I really like this place and I really recommend it.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the repairs to my vehicle following my recent accident. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the quality of the repairs and the length of time the process has taken. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed several issues that should have been addressed before it was returned to me. There was paint overspray insides of the car, additional scratches, and the moonroof was no longer working, even though it was functioning properly when I dropped the vehicle off. Because of these issues, I had to bring the car back for additional repairs and cleaning. This has been a significant inconvenience and has left me without my vehicle for much longer than I expected. The car is still at your shop for the second repair, and I have received very few updates on its progress. I would really appreciate better communication, including regular status updates and an estimated completion date. I hope the vehicle is returned with all of these issues fully resolved, including removing the paint overspray, repairing the scratches, restoring the moonroof to working order, and ensuring the original accident damage has been repaired to a professional standard. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I appreciate your attention to these concerns, and I hope the remaining repairs can be completed soon.
