We were satisfied with the experience but there were some odd moments. The most memorable was when picking up the car . The representative kept pointing to the front driver side bumper asking me to inspect the work. The actually damage had occurred to the passenger side. I told him that and he remained unconvinced. It took some discussion and research but he later confirmed the work had been done to the passenger side. I then had to confirm the paperwork was correct showing the actual repairs ( it had). Also some Miscommunication about when the car was ready. Neither of these are major - but a little weird. If you had asked whether I was “satisfied” the answer is definitely yes. It was the “completely “ satisfied that prompted the comment. I would give a 9 out of 10. The staff was competent and efficient. The work seems to be well done. Thanks!

Overall really great experience! Process was seamless and timeline of car repairs did not take long. Jeffrey the collision estimator was nice, great to work with and so helpful with the process.
