Keith was great, did everything on time, but I noticed a crack on my windshield that wasn't there prior to getting my car fixed. The farmers agent told me it wasn't covered because it was a crack that spread. Long story short I didn't understand how my windshield wasn't covered when obviously a impact to my car was what caused it. For ACC I give them a 10 but for far
