if asked, i will give a lot of good words on ACC to anybody. but i will tell them a warning (caveat) : it will depend on how much your car insurance will cover.

I understand that you are only working on the damages that Insurance is willing to pay. So there are other damages that i didnt know that are not covered. so as of now, i m still worried about my car. i will have to get the reminders to be fixed up in near future.

for the most part, ACC (short for Auto Collision Center) is straightforward. Mr. Wilson has always informed me about how long it takes to complete the repairs. He had always given me the estimated time of its completion. When there is some unexpected snag, he always updated me immediately. Also whenever i had questions, he always answered back
